Tim Brown Interview 9-26-14

The Hall of Fame guys visited with former Raiders wide receiver Tim Brown about his wait for that call from Canton. He’s been a finalist five times and passed over five times. The Raiders lacked stability at the quarterback position throughout his career but that didn’t prevent Brown from catching 1,094 passes, fifth best all-time.

“I don’t think there is any Hall of Fame receiver who would have traded places with Tim Brown,” Brown said. “I would have traded places with Cris Carter, Certainly I would have traded places with Jerry (Rice), I would have traded with Andre Reed.  I would have traded places with all these guys, but nobody wanted to trade places with Tim Brown.”
